Primarily, Towndrow Fidelis was a service that supported many to join the police. A service we remain proud to deliver. A small group of former senior officers recognised that thousands of capable, talented individuals failed to realise their dream of being a police officer due to the police’s unique style of paper applications and recruitment processes. This is something that can be easily overcome to ensure the best and brightest stand every chance of joining the ranks of policing.

This work has led to many interactions with so many from diverse backgrounds; just like policing! Most notably, and the reason for this new branding and website, we met with cosmetic experts and people in the music industry that had demonstrated outstanding talents in the wedding industry and social media development.

On the surface these lines of work are very different but underneath the skill sets are very similar; dedication, knowledge and agility to deal with situations as they arise!  Together we formed Towndrow Fidelis.
